Looks good but the BioPerl is only added for ictce/5.5.0 while we add DB easyconfigs for serveral other toolchains?

@wpoely86: that's just because I was playing around with DB, and I figured I might as well include the working easyconfigs

the actual target was the ictce/5.5.0 ones
