Although this is not a bug fix, I'll include this for EasyBuild v3.4.1 since it's trivial enough. |

New toolchain.
We have seen problems with OpenMPI freezing up GROMACS in some cases.
Need a foss (goolf) toolchain but with IntelMPI instead of OpenMPI.
Easyconfigs will also be added.
