This adds the
--fix-deprecated-easyconfigsCLI option to patch easyconfigs so they define toolchain using SYSTEM constant rather than using 'dummy' as toolchain name.Note that you can use
--fix-deprecatedor--fix-depras a shorthand if you don't like typing long CLI options (that's taken care of by our fancy option parser in general, it's nothing specific to this).
