Deprecating old toolchain versions, to make it clear that we intend to focus our effort on contributions for recent toolchains:
GCC(core)versions < 8.0 (GCCcore 8.2 is used as base for2019a)iccifortversions < 2019.0 (pre-2019a)gompi/iimpi/iompi/foss/intel/iomklversions < 2019The intention is to stop testing for regressions with easyconfigs using these old toolchains start now (but we won't actively break anything deliberately there), and to archive all easyconfigs using one of these old toolchains in the near future in the scope of a new major release of EasyBuild
