ok, reviewed this visually, not much to report.

I have the impression that the identifier above should rather be _mvapich2, but no worries... it's just a name.

no, _intelmpi is correct, MVAPICH2 uses the same API as Intel MPI does

To be more clear: there are only 3 options: intelmpi, openmpi, or sgimpt.

Fully tested with HPL builds featured in easybuilders/easybuild-easyconfigs#609, so ready to go. Thanks for the review @fgeorgatos & @wpoely86!
