This is copy of Tfs 1.4.2 with ZoneId system added.

It is an enhanced version of Oskar's zoneid system that can be found here: https://github.com/Oskar1121/RME/pull/3/files

It has: -multiple lua functions added -revscript support -reworked stepin event to proc multiple move events on a single step -reworked stepin function to also give info on what zoneid procced the function -it was tested on my own server, hopefully i didn't forget to copy paste something -Oen comments on what i fucked up soon.. ;3
