What changes are you trying to make? (e.g. Adding or removing code, refactoring existing code, adding reports)

I have completed the three coding tasks in Python assignment #2 (Efficacy Analysis of a Hypothetical Arthritis Drug).

What did you learn from the changes you have made?

I have learned how to use appropriate Python file handling and data reading methods such as readlines() method. In addition, I have learned how to use the relevant numpy functions for efficient data manipulation and computation. Also, I have learned how to use nested functions for error detection in an input dataset.

Was there another approach you were thinking about making? If so, what approach(es) were you thinking of?

Besides numpy, I think we can use pandas to read and compute the patient data.

Were there any challenges? If so, what issue(s) did you face? How did you overcome it?
