- Adds new ScraperAPI class.
- Renames ProxyCrawlAPI to Crawling API class.
- Prepares new BaseAPI for adding future APIs.

This shouldn't break any existing code but it's released as a big version change as there were a lot of things being rewritten so it's advised to test before deploy the new update.
