I have regenerated the python library using the updated v1alpha1 protos.

Additionally, I used the following config.json options in swagger-coddegen-cli:

    "packageVersion":"v1alpha1",
    "projectName":"Grafeas",
    "packageName":"grafeas",

    "licenseName":"Apache 2.0"
}
