Usage: cat mtif.txt | python mt2en.py | python et.py > evernote_archive.enex

Restriction: This tool covers only a small part of MTIF specification, Hatena diary http://d.hatena.ne.jp to Evernote conversion in mind. Sometime evernote_archive.enex needs hand editting.
