Updated the readme to include Administrative Privileges prerequisite, to be consistent with Writing Solid Applications with React webpage (https://solid.inrupt.com/docs/writing-solid-apps-with-react), and to use React SDK for Solid readme to provide details on the components hence simplifying maintenance of this document.
