We collect information from you when you create an account and use the App.

- To ensure security: To protect against fraudulent or illegal activity and to ensure the safety of the App and its users.

- With Third-Party Service Providers: We use third-party services (e.g., Google or Apple for authentication) to help us operate the App. These providers only have access to the information needed to perform their functions.
- For Legal Reasons: We may disclose your information if required to do so by law or in the good faith belief that such action is necessary to comply with legal obligations, protect our rights, or ensure user safety.
- With Other Players (Limited): Your Username and Game Data (scores, progress, etc.) are shared with other players to facilitate gameplay and competition.
We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures (such as using a PostgreSQL database and Spring Boot backend) to protect your personal data from accidental loss or unauthorized access. However, no internet transmission or electronic storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee its absolute security.
- Access and Correction: You may access and update some of your information (like your username) through the App settings.
- Account Deletion: If you wish to have your account and associated data permanently deleted from our system, you must contact us directly via email. Please see Section 8 for contact details. We will process your request within a reasonable timeframe.
The App is not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13. If we become aware that we have collected personal data from a child under the age of 13 without verifiable parental consent, we will take steps to remove that information.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page (the GitHub README). We encourage you to review this Privacy Policy periodically.
