New: NB states are displayed for the AMD family 14h (as documented in AMD's BIOS and Kernel Developer’s Guide).
Fix: The right VID divider is 12.5 mA (as in BrazosTweaker for Windows).
Tested on Lenovo x120e with AMD E-350.
