SMA-SIB v1.0 establishes a frozen reference architecture for AI systems where reconstruction of sensitive information is structurally impossible.

This release defines:

• The core invariant of non-recoverable representation
• The Semantic Irreversibility Boundary (SIB)
• The three-plane model (identity, topology, time)
• Implementation constraints and verification approach

This is not a software package or framework. It is a design constraint.
