* Content changes needed to prepare for theme PR #100

* Use frontmatter cascade to set special tabbed layout for product pages

* Update comment for products section frontmatter cascade

* Fix typo in products section page comment

* Theme updates

- Fix layout shift that currently happens whenever the Explore Docs
menu is open on page load
- Added a new signup-link shortcode that links to login.linode.com
and has the current promo code appended to it
- Updated the promo code banner at the bottom of a guide to include
any current disclaimer text relevant to the promo code
- Sort the Distribution dropdown on a guide so that deprecated
guides are always last, and mark deprecated guides in the menu
with an deprecated status indicator
- Add author, image, mainEntityOfPage to NewsArticle schema in
each guide's structured data

* Fix docs 404 errors

* Fix stackscripts link wording in terraform guide
