[Release Candidate] v0.35 (merge master into develop)
The Drush section wasnt showing up in the Drupal section page, because show_in_lists wasnt set on the Drupal section _index.md. This adds that frontmatter.

bad indentation was causing incorrect numbering of remaining steps in the section. A support member called out this issue.
* Link was pointing to a deprecated guide. Update link to non-deprecated version. * Found another link pointing to the wrong place.
