DirTouch creates a list of directors at a given location in the hierarchy supplied by a manifest file

1. Add dt.sh to PATH to invoke from anywhere
2. Create a manifest file with hierarchy represented by tab indentation (Refer example in repo)
3. Use DirTouch using the below format

dt <location> <manifest_file>
