* .gitignore: Remove doc and lib/std/functional/version.lua.
* Makefile (VERSION): Set to 1.0.
* NEWS.md: Remove placeholder header.
* std.functional-git-1.rockspec: Move from here...
* std.functional-1.0-1.rockspec: ...to here.
(_MODREV): Set to 1.0.
* README.md: Update badge branches to release-v1.0.
* doc/index.html, doc/ldoc.css, doc/modules/std.functional.html,
doc/modules/std.functional.operator.html,
doc/modules/std.functional.tuple.html,
lib/std/functional/version.lua: Check in for release revision.
