Basic card game for Code Fellows F1 class assignment.

In this game, 2 players draw a random card from a deck, compare their cards, and win or lose the individual round based on whose card has the highest rank. The rank of the card is based on highest number, and rank increases Jack-Ace, like most card games. The game runs 10 times in the console.
