Steps:

1. You need authtoken to get access the VM

   https://dashboard.ngrok.com/auth/your-authtoken

2. Copy the authtoken and add it to Secrets as

   NGROK_AUTH_TOKEN

3. Get the Access of VM from the hostname

   https://dashboard.ngrok.com/status/tunnels
