Oceanus PET-Hydrolase (5°C Marine Calcium-Dependent)

Oceanus Status: Prior Art Secured Calibration License Generation

Overview

This repository contains the raw atomic coordinate sequence (.pdb) for an autonomously engineered PET-hydrolase structurally designed by Sovryn Oceanus (Autonomous R&D Engine).

Unlike conventional lab-generated extreme-temperature enzymes (e.g., FAST-PETase or LCC operating at 50°C - 70°C), this biological candidate is explicitly calibrated for ester hydrolysis of Polyethylene terephthalate (PET) at 5°C in a marine/brackish salinity profile. It is computationally designed for scalable, unheated, passive in-situ oceanic micro-plastic remediation, eliminating the energy requirements of industrial bioreactor heating.

Prior Art & Intellectual Property (The DNA Hash)

To irrevocably prevent commercial patent monopolization by third parties, the exact, raw 3D atomic coordinates and amino acid sequence of the oceanus_petase_variant_3 champion have been cryptographically hashed and anchored on the Ethereum Base Layer 2 blockchain.

  • Blockchain: Base Mainnet (L2)
  • TxID: 0x3ec895c0b9ce325944a40f595a3859dd9e3e605841190c63d11dda27120c3f10
  • Physical PDB Sequence Data Hash: 0x3575081cdaab8cf4ecd377f486030fb628d8f6012dd457b046188f3a0e2b600d

Any attempt to commercially patent this sequence is legally invalid due to this cryptographic timestamp.

Licensing (Dual-License)

This physical sequence and its derivatives are distributed under the OCEANUS BIO-TECH DUAL LICENSE (v1.1).

  1. Academic & Non-Profit: Free to use, synthesize, and deploy for non-commercial environmental cleanup and university research without restriction.
  2. Commercial Exploitation: Strictly prohibited without an explicit commercial license. Industrial recycling corps must license this technology.

See the LICENSE.md file for full legal constraints.

In-Silico Performance Metrics

  • Target Polymer: Polyethylene terephthalate (PET)
  • Reaction Class: Ester Hydrolysis
  • Cold Saline Stability Score: 0.730
  • Catalytic Proxy Score: 0.756

Repository Structure

  • oceanus_petase_variant_3_champion.pdb - The raw, forcefully extracted 3D molecular blueprint.
