Add new bot commands inside bot_commands as a new Class or function in a new file.

Add the command in constants.py and invoke the bot command for the designated command in bot.py

1. Copy .env.sample to .env and fill the API Keys
2. Install the dependencies pip install -r requirements.txt
3. Run the bot python bot.py
