- Between 2015 and 2020, I was asked to train nine Starbucks baristas across three different stores
- In 2019, I won my district's Starbucks Barista Championship
- I was 1 of 8 baristas selected to participate in the 2019 Starbucks Leadership Experience, where I had the opportunity to connect face-toface with some of the 12,000+ management and corporate partners from all over North America
