Great work @stepperpig ! Just a few notes on images:
These two images both need to be compressed with pngquant:

repair-orders-product-moves.png
These images are still in the image folder for the doc, but are no longer being used (it looks like you deleted the image markup, but they are still in the folder, so they can be deleted)

This PR targets a deprecated field in 19.0 repair order forms as noted in the original task card. Additional updates to the documentation were made in this PR, including changes to heading structure and inline edits for flow and clarity.
