The current link (https://docs.phalconphp.com/en/latest/tutorial-base) in this README goes to a 404 page (first it redirects to docs.phalcon.io). I've updated it with what I assume it should be (https://docs.phalcon.io/4.0/en/tutorial-basic).
Also, the "About" description for this repo should also have the link updated as it also goes to a 404 😀️
