Hi there!
In this merge request i've add some Pull Request and Issue template and the first CI Workflow that run test and style check.
I've noticed that php-cs-fixer job will not pass because there is a lot of error, i'm doing a MR for fix that and once merged i'll rebase this one so we'll have a clean starting point.
We've to add CodeCov token in github repository secrets
