• Core: tidyverse (dplyr, ggplot2, tidyr) for data manipulation and visualization.
• Typography & Styling: showtext for custom fonts and ggtext for markdown-enhanced labels.
• Layout: patchwork for multi-plot compositions and here for robust file path management.
• Formatting: glue for dynamic labeling and custom R scripts for summary visualizations.
