The
CASClientBase.get_proxy_url()method adds an unnecessary '/' when building the proxy URL. Assuming my CAS server URL ishttp://127.0.0.1:8000/cas/, theCASClientBase.get_proxy_url()method will returnhttp://127.0.0.1:8000/cas//proxy?pgt=...&targetService=...instead ofhttp://127.0.0.1:8000/cas/proxy?pgt=...&targetService=.... This merge fixes this.
