  1. lowered toctree to 1 

    Optimize for Sponsors:  Using a typical desktop browser at 1024x768 screen size and normal zoom level, the sponsors area is not apparent and requires scrolling. Details for speakers, ticket purchase, etc. are presented in separate pages and need not be presented in the landing page.  By lowering toctree setting, only the link to these separate pages remain (no more section level links) and space is reclaimed. The space savings should bring up the sponsor area into view.
