This upgrades ReForm's dependencies to more recent versions and makes minor syntax updates to accomodate platform changes.
Motivation
While playing around with and trying to extend ReForm, my project would occasionally caution warning with older syntax.
Additionally, being consistent will reduce confusion to newcomers who haven't and may never see
ReasonEventRe, for example.
