Context: To improve user interactions, Vanguard tested a new user interface (UI) for its digital platform. Objective: The goal was to determine if the new design would lead to higher completion rates for digital processes compared to the old design.
Did the new UI lead to higher completion rates? The analysis focuses on comparing the completion rates between the new (Test) and old (Control) designs to evaluate the effectiveness of the changes.
The proportion of users who reach the final ‘confirm’ step.
The average duration users spend on each step.
If there’s a step where users go back to a previous step, it may indicate confusion or an error. You should consider moving from a later step to an earlier one as an error.

- Dropped the client_id which were not assigned to a group (Test/Control)
- Converted 'clnt_tenure_yr', 'clnt_tenure_mnth', 'clnt_age', 'num_accts', 'calls_6_mnth', 'logons_6_mnth' to int.
- Merged Client Profiles and Experiment Roster based on client_id to assign group labels with demographic data.
- Combined the merged dataset with the Digital Footprints based on client_id to link user interactions.
- The integrated dataset allowed analysis of user behavior and completion rates for both Test and Control groups.
