I am a graduate with a double major of Mathematics and Statistics and Economics with over 9 years of Data Science experience spanning across prestigious organizations like GXBank, Ernst & Young Consulting, iForte Intelligence (Huawei), and Celcom Mobile, I have honed my expertise in data analytics and data science. I have also graduated from ASEAN Data Analytics eXchange which is one of a prestigious training for highly skilled Data Scientists initiated by Malaysia Digital Economy Corporation (MDEC) Sdn Bhd.

At GXBank, I led the charge in developing dynamic dashboards and generating actionable insights, resulting in substantial reductions in loading times and empowering more informed decision-making processes for C-level executives.

In my role at Ernst & Young Consulting, I led a team of data scientists and engineers in spearheading advanced analytics initiatives for a prominent water utility company. This encompassed developing end-to-end machine learning models for various applications, including demand forecasting and asset optimization, utilizing Azure Databricks and Azure Machine Learning Platform. I facilitated weekly progress reviews, conducted workshops, and presented findings to stakeholders, driving understanding and adoption of data science solutions. Noteworthy achievements include deploying impactful models, receiving client recognition for dashboard design, and delivering operational business intelligence dashboards to C-level executives.

With my tenure at iForte Intelligence (Huawei), I led LTE forecast projects across multiple countries, employing advanced LSTM models for top operators. I conducted extensive time-series analysis, identifying congestion sites preemptively with machine learning techniques. Additionally, I developed intuitive dashboards and forecast tools, significantly reducing forecasting time. Achievements include improving forecast precision for PLDT, presenting innovative algorithms at industry summits, and successfully onboarding clients to long-term forecast services.

Additionally, my work at Celcom Mobile focused on churn prediction and customer segmentation.

I also contributed to academic research at the University Science Malaysia.
