A powerful Chrome extension for detecting sensitive information such as API keys and secrets in web pages. This is a maintained fork of the original Trufflehog extension.

Note: The original extension (https://github.com/trufflesecurity/Trufflehog-Chrome-Extension) is no longer maintained or compatible with current Chrome versions.

1. Download this repository as a ZIP file
2. Extract the contents to your preferred location
3. Open Chrome and navigate to chrome://extensions/
4. Enable "Developer mode" in the top-right corner
5. Click "Load unpacked"
6. Select the extracted extension folder
7. The Trufflehog icon should appear in your Chrome toolbar
