Tatu Web Server

Tatu is a small web server, http/1.1 compliant, in a starkit.

** To get its newer releases, grab the code for one of the projects which uses it. I suggest "rssReader".
Most important files are lib/app/tatu-loader.tcl, lib/tatu/tatu.tcl, and plugins/logger.tcl.
