Hey @crowdmatt! Thank you for supporting the Opscode Cookbooks! Opscode's process has a couple prerequisites before they will merge your contribution. We need to ensure you've completed a Contributor License Agreement (CLA) and a ticket on their ticket tracker for the release workflow. Pull requests are optional, but should always include the ticket number that they're related to for cross-referencing. Please take a moment to review the below wiki page for the appropriate steps:

@crowdmatt - Please mark the ticket as "Fix Provided" and you are all set. If you don't see that button, then it may mean a couple of things.

1. You signed the CLA with a different email address than the one you used for the tickets.opscode.com account.
2. You signed the CLA and it has not been reviewed by Opscode legal yet. You should receive an email confirmation when this is complete. Re-logging back into JIRA at this time and the button will magically show up.
