The previous version used cobras own
GenMarkdownTreeCustomfunctions, but it had it's flaws. Instead of hacking away with regex, i rewrote the generation script to better support the desired output.While at it, created a new
speechly projects listsubcommand. I found it inconsistent that invokingprojectslisted all the projects while it also had 3 subcommands. With this change it behaves like our other parent commands.I also updated the long and short texts for many commands, added examples to commands that didn't have any and added some aliases.
