I have added my code to the questions in assignment2.ipynb file.

What did you learn from the changes you have made?

I continued learning function definition, file reading, NumPy functions and problem detection.

Was there another approach you were thinking about making? If so, what approach(es) were you thinking of?

I did various tests to check the expected behaviour and outputs which at times meant opening and verifying the file(s)' data manually through inspection, calculations, etc.

Were there any challenges? If so, what issue(s) did you face? How did you overcome it?

I encountered a syntax error and I had to retrace my steps to correct.
I also accidentally created this pull request to the UofT-DSI: main repo but have since closed it, please forgive me!

How were these changes tested?

These changes were tested by continually passing arguments with different inputs (e.g. swapped out min/max/mean and different file paths to double-check boolean value output).
