Thank you! I removed all users that don't have non refunded tips and were created more than 1 month ago. Will remove the rest later. You can collect the tip for this commit by logging in to tip4commit and specifying your bitcoin address. |

This should stop creating user accounts for developers who just happen to commit to a project being watched by T4C. Additional work will need to be done to remove existing accounts (delete everything that doesn't have a bitcoin address?).
