SARS-CoV-2 Peptide Vaccine, Gen 10
Three-dimensional mRNA optimization algorithm that simultaneously optimizes CAI, CPB, and MFE parameters. Based on research from Tsinghua University.
A project focused on the in silico design of a multi-epitope peptide vaccine against Monkeypox virus (MPXV) using immunoinformatics, epitope prediction, and molecular docking with TLR4.
Software for in silico identification of immunologically-vulnerable regions of the HCV E2 glycoprotein and broadly neutralizing antibodies that target them
Fall 2020 - Computational Medicine - course project
Peptide Vaccine Analysis Tool (PVAT) is an optimization software that predicts the best possible peptide stretches in a given protein sequence based on two factors: 1. the surface exposure of the peptide stretches, and 2. their susceptibility to mutation.
This Python script generates multi-epitope vaccine constructs by combining permutations of cytotoxic T lymphocyte (CTL), helper T lymphocyte (HTL), and B cell epitopes. It uses linkers and adjuvants to create unique constructs, which are saved in FASTA format for further analysis.
Group project for Fall 2020 Computational Medicine course.
