Problem
The catalog doesn't feature all projects, so we'd want a way to find users to list projects they own.
Solution
Add user search support to the catalog and a user icon.
Caveats/Notes
This being called the "catalog" page is making less sense now that you can search things that aren't in the catalog. Long term this should perhaps be renamed to "FrontPage".
