Delete view_resolver_test, which used the mirrors compiler.

This is broken in SDK 1.24.0-dev, and we don't support the runtime compiler formally anymore so it's not worth investing more time to understand what's up.

Reduces resolveReflectiveProviders AWSM 22ms->12ms, CM 63ms->24ms for startup.
