印象中 Colleen 的作品都是蠻輕飄飄，悅耳的合成器音樂。這張也是合成器，但整體聽起來更深沈、情緒張力更滿。據他所說，這張專輯是關於他重新下水的故事：小時候他喜歡玩水，但越老就越怕水，直到三十年之後在他第 250 場演出的時候是在一個水族館，他一邊彈一邊看旁邊一堆海豚跳來跳去，覺得好像是時候重新開始習慣與水相處了。
雖然整體的調性都類似：中低音的合成器小調循環樂句，80 BPM 左右的速度，疊了滿滿的 modulation 。這張我最喜歡的是最後兩首，在中間的時候都有非常突然的加速。
