Basically I remember someone wondering how Dropbox managed to insert themselves into Finder.app, so this is me trying to reverse-engineer what they did to try to figure out how they did this.

As I don't actually know what I'm doing, I don't really have any recommendations here.

This project comes with absolutely no license whatsoever. Partly because this isn't really an actual thing, but also partly because I don't really know my software licenses that well yet.
