Inclined to agree (you could even go further!) — especially given that this is aimed at being beginner-friendly, and functions aren't introduced until five challenges later. (Coming from an intermediate-ish primarily Python background, JS function notation is still super non-intuitive to me!)

One of the most common speedbumps I've seen in beginner-friendly teaching materials is not realizing when a concept's being introduced. I'd argue that things can be used before they're understand (LPTHW is a great example of this), but it's a noticeable break in the pace here.
