cal_teff: For calculating the effective temperature of star including FGK dwarf and giant by color index, which is named as Infrared Flux Methiod (IRFM). The specific coefficients applied is from the calibrations of 1999_Alonso_AA_140_261, 2005_Ramirez_ApJ_626_465 and 2010_Casagrande_AA_512_54.
