I have prepared bcsr for summer 2018, combined all summer terms into one

Rewriting the the tag because the number was incorrect.

First tag for BCSR. Current tag on production.

Added new features to production

feat: Added Admin management

Added feature for finding mising syllabi

Added script to generate new term

Fixed issue for division chairs not showing their divisions programs

Second attempt at analytics
