1.4.6.1 is a hotfix to prevent 1.4.6 from incorrectly claiming there was a new update available

1.4.6 is a small release, but will hopefully be useful to people experiencing issues

• We now replace "Contact WotC customer support" to a more useful error message
• Easy Installer now removes a link to the vanilla Builder from your desktop
• Fixed a bug when V2 versions are invalid

• We now have a One-Click installer. It'll handle installing Character Builder for you.

• Added support for redirects in the updater. This should be helpful for anyone who was using parts hosted on domains that are now expired.
• Always pull missing files from indexes before merging. This will make the firstrun experience much nicer.
• Hide the Console Window on Windows 10 whe the Character Builder launches.
• Added to the UpdateInfo header, so that parts can use V2 indexes without breaking for 1.3 users.
• Disabled file associations by default, as they were causing Windows Explorer to crash for some users.

• Made the Part Updater smarter at detecting version numbers. It won't automatically "update" a file to a lower or missing version number.
• Verify that an updated file can be loaded and parsed before saving it to disk.
• Automatically attempt to repair a common Character Builder install instalation error on 64-bit Windows.
• Fixed bug when someone passed an absolute path to a Custom Folder.
• Fixed bug where launching CBLoader would occasionally restart windows explorer.
• Fixed regression where subdirectories of Custom folders weren't loaded.
