Added the kill command for windows.

We will need to remind them to start it again afterwards, as they are then told to log in the admin. Since the tutorial continues in the next chapter (deploy) with more commands needing to be typed in, and in the one after that (urls) with assuming the server is already running it might be good here to ask them to open a second terminal window (and go into the virtualenv). |

Yeah it is a tough one, we ran into a few problems related to either the server running when it shouldn't be or not running when it should. I agree a second window is a good idea, the server being unable to detect new files (as opposed to file changes) may complicate some things there though. |
