RELEASE_LVRT_COMMS-2.0: nati_x86_64_defconfig: Enable Ralink and Realtek USB WiFi modules

Enable a subset of Ralink and Realtek USB WiFi drivers (as modules) to
match nati_zynq_defconfig.

Ralink modules:
 rt2500
 rt2501/rt73
 rt27xx/rt28xx/rt30xx

Realtek modules:
 RTL8192CU/RTL8188CU

Enable CONFIG_MAC80211=m, a prerequisite for wireless support.
CONFIG_CRC_CCITT=m becomes implied and removed from defconfig.
