This project contains pathway diagrams created by researchers at The University of Texas MD Anderson Cancer Center.

The pathway diagrams are stored in Systems Biology Graphical Notation format files with a .nwt file extension (since we typically edit them using the Newt Editor).

The diagrams are in subdirectories of the Diagrams directory. Automatic tools for extracting/processing the diagrams will look for .nwt files in those subdirectories.

The Newt editor, via its 'Load Preferences...' entry in its File menu, can load defaults compatible with our diagram conventions from the preferences.newtp file (note the .newtp extension) in the top directory.
